Opinio ("we", "us") is operated by Venoryx Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines.
You must be at least 18 years old. You must give accurate information and keep your password secret. One person may hold one account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
You may post under your public profile or under anonymous personas you create. A persona hides your identity from other users. It does not hide your identity from us: we can see which account owns a persona. We will only disclose that link where required by a valid legal order (see Legal requests). Personas may not be used to evade a suspension, to harass, or to impersonate others.
You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, distribute and adapt it as needed to run Opinio (for example, resizing a photo or showing a post in other people's feeds). The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where copies are kept for the periods listed in Data retention or where others have shared it.
You promise you have the right to post what you post and that it follows the Community Guidelines and the law.
Posts can be General, Claim or Opinion. Claims may be checked by an automated system that uses artificial intelligence and web sources. These checks can be wrong or incomplete and are not professional advice. Opinions and General posts are not fact-checked. Expert answers from verified accounts are the experts' own views.
See the Community Guidelines. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or end accounts that break these rules or the law, as described on the Moderation page. You can ask us to review a decision.
Direct messages are end-to-end encrypted. We cannot read them. If you report a message, you choose to share that message with us. Deleting your account removes your chats from our servers; copies on other people's phones may remain.
Verified badges are given after checks and can be removed. Community moderators set community rules within these Terms. Scheduled posts are published automatically and may be delayed if our service is unavailable.
You can delete your account in Settings → Privacy & data. It is hidden at once and permanently deleted after 7 days; you can restore it during that time. We may suspend or end accounts as described above.
Opinio is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for content posted by users or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. [[LAWYER: complete this section and the limits of liability.]]

We may change these Terms; if the change is important we will ask you to agree again. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [[JURISDICTION_CITY]] have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under law.
